We were looking to upgrade our retirement camper and found the model we wanted on RV Montana's lot. Jeff Kraft is a very good salesman that gives you the information you ask for, isn't pushy or aggressive, presents options, and doesn't try to jerk you around to get a sale. He worked with us to facilitate the sale and trade-in along with Dan and Joyce. They made the experience very comfortable. The accessories we asked for were installed without any issues. When we picked it up, Caleb gave us a very thorough run though before we drove it off the lot. After a long weekend camping trip to test the unit out, we were thrilled with the camper. We bought an R Pod a couple years ago and the sales and finance team were easy to work with. Our camper needed service this year. Lara got us in as soon as possible and the repair was diagnosed and made in good time.

When I picked it up, I had trouble getting the hitch to couple with the ball. Diego was nearby working on another unit. He came over and assisted with the stuck latch and I was on my way. He was so cheerful and glad to help. Kudos to RV Center for everything!

I was in for parts and talked with laura I believe is her name. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and steered me in the direction with what i needed. I I have always experienced excellent service from her. I don't know how much she makes but she's worth it and in my mind deserves a raise.
